I am stuck on the "Use a golden gem key" quest even though I did it.

used the box? (you pressed "OPEN"?)

You are supposed to take any gem box, press the box (so you see the "OPEN" button, don't press the button), then look at the top of this window that appeared, there is something like golden key, you have to press this.
Keep in mind it has to be gem box, other boxes have normal golden key there and it won't work.

because it gives you only key not the box.

Although it says: "In your Claims you will find a Uber-9 Gem box with a Golden Gem key attached to it." I'm not doubting you, I'm just quoting the mission.

the mission changed then o-O (or I remember it wrong)

so you mean that there was key in claims but there was no box in the claims?
or you pressed claim all and can't find the box in inventory?
