CD KEY

I just bought the dlc mega menagerie and I did not receive my code to get in the trove and win the items what I do I'm not getting a refund.

Go to Trove in your library and click the CD-KEY link on the right side of the screen. You should find your key there. You'll have to redeem said key in the launcher (or on trionworlds.com since the launcher is known to refuse valid keys).

In the future, just buy such packs in-game if they're available. The general inconvenience of the packs on the Steam storefront is terrible.

hi i bought mega menagerie pack + essential and i can't have the code (but i have the code for essential pack only in CD-Key) so idk what can i do too

i can't see my 2nd code for the mega menagerie, i only have code for essential

They removed the CD-key thingie and all packs bought after removal of CD-Keys are supposed to unlock in-game automatically once you link glyph to steam.

If automatic feature doesn't work then just report bug.

ok i had link my steam acc with another trove so i submit a ticket for link this account (i lost my old)

trionworlds doesn't own trove since long time already (unless they got it back?)

I don't play trove anymore and I don't remember who owns it now,
you have to ask someone in game who owns the trove and ask (or google) what's their support website
