Report a translation problem
I've been searching on the Trove forums for possible solutions, one of them suggested turning "Bloom" off and setting the "Shader Detail" to 0 in the Video Settings but those didn't quite help. (Maybe they do for you, though.) Also, in case you haven't yet, you could try to run the game in one of the "compatibility modes".
That's all I got, hopefully someone else can help with this.
Edit: Different sources say "Bloom" should be turned *on*. Well, I guess gotta try with both settings.

However, my trove.cfg was a little different. It had nothing after the Device= line so I had to ADD the open gl after the equals sign that followed Device. Looked as below:
Device = open glLODDistance = FXAA
