Does Trove never respond to support tickets on their support site?
It should not take 5 days for them to respond to a support ticket, especially when it is serious. Anyone else with this issue?

Yep. They respond.

Need to remember one thing they are busy always upgrading game and fixing bugs.
So patience need with support. There is a Major update coming up.

So they are really busy these days. And they get so many tickets every day. Within two weeks you can get responds. If it’s a common issue maybe it can be fix already.

Friendly reminder that it will take some time for the suррort team to resрond. I remember waiting around 5 days for a non automated reрly to my steam suррort ticket.

If you count how many people play trove and count how many errors alot of them will have (some serious/gamebreaking and some minor/turn it off and on again) Your lucky to get a responce in 5 days.

What they should fix is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ glyph as of recently its been self repeating a update constantly as of right now.
