Chaos Chest Drops.
Are these drops only based on your magic find or do more chests drop the higher level world you're in? And do they even drop in the level 1-3 adventure world?

not based on MF, neither the dropping of them nor the loot. Also not confirmed to have higher drop rate on higher ubers, but pretty surely there is countdown variable, so it is very hard to get another chaos chest right after the last one. But longer the time, the chance to get new increase. So just farming longer increases chances to get chaos chests.
