edit: For OP question. Not perf but very good on start for NN :D
Your class gem for example is an empowered gem. The main upside all empowered gems have is that they all spawn with their maximum value for each stat. For it to be perfect it would have to be a stellar at 700 pr with 3 stats on it when you first obtain it; the stats preferred to be pd/cd/ch in any order for a physical attacker.
Since it's a class gem it's guarenteed at stellar quality and yours, which spawned with only 2 stats, will wind up with 1640 pr when it's leveled to 25. However, if you take some time to farm a class gem which starts with 3 stats at level 1 and upgrade it to level 25 it will turn out with 1855 pr, a 215 pr increase.
By standards it's not perfect; however, it's a good gem nonetheless. If you haven't yet reached u9 clearence you may need to farm a stellar empowered gem with 700 pr at the start and upgrade it until you reach the 10k pr curve.
TLDR for stellar empowered gems:
3 stats: level 1 = 700 pr | level 25 = 1855 pr
2 stats: level 1 = 500 pr | level 25 = 1640 pr
