Didn't receive all my items from consuming/ascending dragon souls.
One time I was consuming dragon souls and I didn't get items even though it said I did in claims.
I went into my collections and nothing I was supposed to get was there.
I went into my inventory and nothing I was supposed to get was there.
I later assumed maybe the game needed time to get me the items, but it has been more than a mere week or two...
I then assumed if I consumed more souls of the same type that my next level would fix things, giving me the new stuff and the old things I never received.
An update came out today... and it does not say it fixed any bugs related to dragon souls.
As a result I need to personally mention this bug here in discussions.
Hopefully the DEVs will see this and look into it.
The dragon soul I made lots of and used was the only one with MushroomChunks in the recipe. I think it was called a MonarchDragonSoul?

1. Devs are rarely on steam :D If you want bug report then you need to go on their offical forum
2. You need certain amount of souls for rewards (the badges in dragon ascension say number of souls used/required
3. All soul dragons (except azulian) need 100 souls to get all loot (azulian needs 40)
4. The loot isn't going to inventory - it unlocks automaticly once you hit the tier
5. I think you mean ancient souls (I think that monarch is mastery dragon)

It said I unlocked things under my claims... but it did not say so in my collection.
I should have all the ancient dragon soul rewards except the legendary dragon... but oddly the weapon styles are not unlocked.
I've endured similar problems elsewhere. I'm sad to hear the DEVs are rarely on Steam. Maybe I'll go report this on the official forums.
