Pay to win?

Hi, is this game pay to win? My definition of pay to win doesnt mean just OP gear to defeat everybody who dont pay. For me pay to win is every restriction which has impact on gameplay, even possibility of buying gear with stats for real money as shortcut... For me only real F2P games are DOTA 2 and Loadout, becouse you can't buy gameplay modifying items for money even if you wanted to (and i think these games have good profit too). You can buy only cosmetics thigs. Only game modifying items I accept are some XP boost, character slots, bags etc., with that i am fine. But nothing like I hit max level, pay 100e and have instantly epic gear, while others make it for months... For example for me even Rift is far away from being called f2p.
PS: I am just asking. I was palying WoW for 5 years and bought skins in mentioned games

The P2W concept differs depending on context and personal opinion. For me, Archeage is P2W as you cannot own land or sell on the AH without paying a subscription (or cash shop). You also are significantly hindered via reduced Labour Points as a F2P player. Moreover, if you buy into the foundation packs you will have a head start on everyone else in acquiring land, which is a finite resource.

The P2W in this game is more about time than anything else but for me, as I stated already, this is just as P2W as being able to buy OP gear/weapons; it allows a proportion of the population to get ahead by spending more money.

A sub is definitely required for this game, which is fine if that is what you want. But F2P sucks.
