Click to Move?

Hi I just started playing and was a little disappointed that I have to use the keyboard in conjunction with the mouse. It would be great If I could play the entire game with just the mouse. Is there any chance of adding the ability to move with the mouse or is the current control scheme fundamental to the game. Kind Regards...
