ENDING ZERO (0) !?! (no spoilers)

i have been playing hifm on my switch and just got "ending 0." its not mentioned in the ending list and i didn't even found it by googling. every website says that there are 8 endings - as it is listed on my switch ending list too - but nowhere anything about this "ending 0." interesting!

so here is where i got this "ending 0":

two days before morganas death i met maria and i got to make a choise if i will walk her home or not. i did chose to walk here home, which lead to the ending where swordman killed me. this "ending 0" name was "dead end."

just interested about this, that there are some endings that are not included to this list of 1-8 endings. i have opened endings 1, 2, 4 and 5, and suddenly there comes ending 0. i was so surprised that i even yelled out loud "ENDING ZERO???" :D

does anyone know if there are other points during this game where you will get this "ending 0"? (but again; i haven't played the whole game yet so no spoilers beyond the point where i am right now than you!)

basically there are several "ending 0" in the 8th door, they don't represent a specific lore-focused backstory, that's why they didn't put those in the list. Those are just classic "you are dead"-gameovers (that's why the "dead end" title, there is more than one dead end), so they aren't needed in order to get Prologue secret scene.
