Which is better ?

So ive seen a lot of men of war 2 on youtube and it looks very food and also my friends only have good things to say about it, but ive noticed men of war 2 is getting a little bit old, the community is elitist and overall the game is starting to more or less die. But ive noticed that this game looks like a more modern version of men of war 2 ? so here is my question: which is better ? should i get Men of War 2 Assault Squad or Call to Arms ?

It doesn't exist lol.

I wouldn't say MoW AS2 is dying.
I would say it is at its best.

If you can, you should get both. But if you able to afford only 1, then AS 2 would be the best since there are a lots of awesome mods for AS 2. And the AS 2's community still strong.

Call to Arms is better imo, the game feels better, it looks better, its just a vast improvement in terms of gameplay than AS2 (in the competitive sense), currently its just a little lacking on content unfortunately. However I feel that there will be more added to Call to Arms throughout its development, and even after its completion more things will further be added.

But if your deciding now, its either wait for Call to Arms to grow, or play AS2 since its already been completed. Yeah, the answer I will say is get both, if you enjoy one, you'll most likely enjoy the other. But maybe play AS2 first since its pacing is a lot slower, and getting use to the whole "Men of War" mechanics will be crucial to stand a chance against anyone online, and that there are many mods that can be downloaded for additional gameplay experience, and that you can even play single player missions from previous titles like Faces of War.
