Report a translation problem
If you can find same mod on steam workshop(incase you want manual install mods) subscribe to it,go to find it in workshop content folder,copy it and place it in mods folder with mod.INFO file and then freely unsubscribe from mod.
On CTA main menu ,go into workshop,your mod should appear with its name,as long as MOD.INFO file is included.
Iv started to do this with mods as a number of workshop mods have been removed from/by their authors,and i back them up.
So your mod.info file in that folder (editable by notepad) should be something like this:
