Go to your options and select the drop down menu, alternatively you can edit your gpu options in your amd control panel

Does the game support the Ati radeon hd7470M?

OP, you may need to disable your notebook's integrated GPU through your BIOS. (Here's a handy guide on how to do that.[smallbusiness.chron.com])

Once you've done that, the game should default to your HD7470M. Good luck!

AMD drivers should have option to create game profile for call to arms on steam or call_to_arms.exe itself and there you should be able to force dedicated graphics amd to be used whenever the game is ran. This is the best route.

However if you have issues you can also try forcing to use onboard or gpu via

run the game with command line :
-adapter 0
or
-adapter 1

You should not need to use bios assuming you are able to use the amd gpu for other games even though windows boots using integrated gpu. AMD drivers catalyst/crimson panel has ways to create profile for the game which will force to use the amd graphics on your laptop.

The drop down menu is in the Call to Arms game menu -
Options > Video - Video card > click that small down pointing arrow
to see if it shows your Amd radeon Hd7470M.

Hi i am experiencig same problem.
Got laptop with gtx970m, but evet when i set gtx gpu ingame it is still running on internal.
I have small nvidia utility which says what app is using gpu. Normaly when i run any other game it always says that gtx is using that particular game. Not in case of CtA.
BTW laptop stays much cooler than in normal gaming performance.
Obviously it is still running on internal Intel gpu, but ingame it says GTX 970m.
Or performance is so terrible average 14FPS on low settings?

Som i managed to run it under GTX, i had to add it to the Nvidia drivers app - change default gpu for this game.. Now it is running 50 FPS on ultra 1080p.
