I can't play the online mode
So I have been playing and I have beaten almost the whole US Army Campaign but it isn't letting me play online mode so I have been trying to find out if it was shut down or something, but found nothing so please PLEASE help me.

You have to go through the coaching mode. 1-3 times (I managed to go online with 2 times) well, in short, go through the coaching in the multiplayer tab:melon:

Finish trainings to unlock online mode

I don't understand I finished the training and it still isn't working

My game allows me to play online up until you have contact with the enemy and then it crashes :/
