Report a translation problem
There was an update today earlier, it fixed this issue, make sure your game is updated(validate game files if necessary). You will have to start the mission from scratch, as game save files use old mission code.
Through the editor we can see that there are two different levels of water so it cause BUG.
The water behind the dam made second water level and it cover the whole map, so we can only see almost everything is under the water.
Seems to be that way for all difficulty levels.
File can be found in ......\Steam\steamapps\common\Call to Arms/resource/gamelogic.pak/set/dynamic_campaign/
I wonder if it is intentional or if it happens to be a typo breaking the game mechanics.

- many repaired tank/vehicule (marder, M60...) can't be crewed again
- often some invincible units (I've encountered tankman mostly but also RG9 technic and paladin)
- engineer fortification can be built but at the end of the building time, no fortification appeared
2) Some bugs even in solo :
- tree trunks stopping missiles, tank shots, without falling/breaking except if hit on the roots
- vehicules can drive/stay on some small trees/palm trees but will not destroy them
- light "threads" metal fencing, stopping missiles, tank shots, without breaking (like in power plant)
- destoyed beds, destroyed tents, some small destroyed stone walls prevent vehicules to move on them and make these vehicule hard to move, to control.
3) Conquest specific bugs :
Motorized research don't do anything
it is not possible to discern anything well the structure of the characters

Units sliding along the floor without animation after being revived by a medic.
I would revert this patch until its in a playable state especially now that the game is on sale, it's giving it a bad first impression.
