All the good WW2 mods for this game?

Is it true that the devs threatened them for copyright reasons and so they were taken down?

I would treat all comments about the Devs making threats as rumour and innuendo until the actual Mod Creator or Devs tell you what actually occurred. What we have found in the past is Mod creators have simply taken their Mod down to update it to latest version.
Xboxgame4735 had some good WW2 mods. Message him to find out.

It's kind of a shame, because I've stopped playing CTA and decided to wait until that WW2 customizable skirmish(Terminator mod) comes back, or at least a mod in similarity. Still no luck yet tho.

The main Problem as I see it are the many updates, that make the mods not work anymore! One mod, that was extremly good, judt did work not anymore without crashes after some Minutes, so the modder took the mod down, that is very sad, since you could efen play in first person with real iron sights!

Once the game isnt being updated as often im sure more mods will be available.

It would be nice to see some WW2 mods return for this game as some of the improvements they have made to game would be great for a WW2 setting.

Out of curiosity, what are those imporvements. I never played the other games.

Well their is the First Person mode which is fun/useful.

Better graphics overall and the game seems to just look better compared to other games in the MOW series.

Depending on the mod their might be a few new vehicles or features not seen in other Men of War games, however, their were a few mods for Call to Arms that were ports of mods from MOWAS2 (Men of War Assault Squad 2).

These are just a few of the improvements that I can think of off the top of my head.

@Theeood. Put MoW games on your wishlist and get it on sale, they are really good! I think i got them all when they were really cheap, maybe all of them for £10. Played them back in the day for a long time. One of the better WW2 rea RTS games for sure. and if you havent played them its really worth picking them up now a days. Also mods :)

MP might be lacking but AS2 might still be active. They do have SP campaigns tho. Good ones at that. Theres also the DCG mod for a continued campaign aswell as others.
