Failed to allocate memory
It seems no one is safe these days... Now I was hit by the very same crash that already forced several of my friends out of the game.

This happened during Combined Arms match, 4 players vs. 4 heroic AIs. 2 players crashed (including me) instantly, before the match even started.

Also, it seems UAF causes more instability. One of my friends (low-end PC) told me today, that every time he tries to start as UAF, he instantly crashes with this error (failed to allocate memory). However, when he starts as the USA, he may last several minutes, or even an entire match!

just got forced out of it
was playing a match with 2 usa and 2 grm heroic ai crashed before i could spawn any unit
ok i have the same problem and it has an easy fix. open the game from steam and play the game in 64.bit

You can have them try the 64bit version however we are working out the networking on this version which is why we recommend 32bit.
when will you be done 'networking'?

i could imagine how difficult fixing this is going to be. but heres what i dont understand, why is it not allocating memory at all? whats wrong with it?

The issue is likely trying to load mods, large maps, and high graphics on the 32bit client. 32bit client is limited on how much memory is allowed to use on your operating system.
This failed to allocate memory happens when i play the core game and with mods.anything larger than a 1v1 online crashes.Even when i play missions by myself it crashes.So the sooner it can be fixed the better.

Are you using the 64bit client?
Better question, why is the "entity.pak" file 1.1gb when it shouldn't even be a quarter the size? You guys have a ton of unnessesary garbage.
