how to unlock russian army??
i cant figure it out

It isn't quite out yet, and you need the ultimate edition to use it at the moment.

the russian army as well as the german army are both in beta right now, the faction beta is a season pass feature, if you dont have the ultimate edition or the season pass you have to wait until the factions are officially released and if you are playing the free to play version you do not have access to them at all.

i have delux and it says under delux that they are there but not unlocked

since the faction beta is a season pass feature you have to wait until the faction beta is over and until the russian army dlc gets officially released before you can play them.
