I think you need to uninstall and reinstall

I already tried it and nothing, even running to steam as an administrator, also checking the integrity of the files, finally I also deactivated the automatic save and also the steam cloud to see if it is resolved or something like that and many more

You should show it to devs

Under documents/ my games rename the call to arms folder.

Just to make sure, you located the folder

C:\Users\Your Username\Documents\my games\call to arms

In said folder you will see a few folders, rename the profile folder. After doing this, go to your steam settings and disable the steam cloud temporarily. Then launch the game in safe mode no mods.

I have a solution for now
It's start steam as admin and disable the antivirus
For now it's working for me, I hope it continues like this, and if it's still bad, I'd have to say goodbye to this great game, Thanks
