How to Activate First Person for Infantry

How do I activate first person mode when controlling infantry? What button or control do I press?

Press E. This also works for anything that you can control. If E doesn't work check settings under the control tab

I did press E but that just activates third person mode. I also tried pressing Ctrl to temporarily activate third person mode (but not first person). I can zoom in (still in third person) using the mouse wheel. Just how do I activate first person mode?

You use the mouse to scroll in. There is no button to actually go straight to first person
