I'm not sure, but I believe it's how quick you gain your set MP.

Yeah not sure about that one, never used it. You could perhaps do a 1v1 agains ai, and see if MP gain changes across two games, one with it set and one not.

Whitey, i did some investigation. Screenshots below will show results. It appears the Charge Factor relates directly to the time when you will be permitted to buy a unit after your initial purchase. So the higher the number, the longer you will have to wait before the unit can be bought.

In the below, the charge factor is set to the default of x1.0. Note the time where i have moused over the tank crew. It states 30 secs. I take this to mean that the unit will be available for purchase after 30 seconds even after you have enough MP.

In this screenshot, i set the charge factor to x10.0. Note the time now states 5.00. This means the tank crew wont be available for purchase until 5 mins into the game.

And in the final screen shot, i set charge factor to 0. Note there is no time restriction on when i can purchase the unit. Effectively, as soon as i have the MP, i can recruit the tank crew.

Hope this helps everyone. Please add to this if you have more info.

Kind regards,

Im sure you noticed i low key advertised your map.. lol

LOL, i did not even notice your screenshot. I saw it there but didnt open it as i knew where to find the setting. Nice work, any form of advertising is good advertising. Although you may be the reason I am getting inundated with requests for maps and map building assistance. Not that I am complaining, just good to know a possible source.

Just a bump as it may be helpful to some.
