1) go to the mod folder and open the folder of the mod. (the "mod" folder is locatet in the folder the game is installed, in order to find it quickly right click at the game in your libriary than click on options, than click at local data and than to search local data(the first tab))
2) you will find a file called mod.info there, open it with a text editor.
3) in this file you see something with game version.
It could look like this for example:
{mingameversion "0.913.0"}
{maxgameversion "0.913.0"}
4) replace the game version with the newest, i dont know whats the newest version but you can see it at the upper left corner of the screen when you start the game.
5) do this with all mods which are made for a older game version. (those with the red letters in the worksop tab)
it is not garanteed that the mods work with the new game version but at least you can enable it and look if it works.
