CPU, on the other hand, you might want to upgrade because there's probably a very good reason why it's requiring 8 cores/16 threads minimum. And that's probably because there's gonna be actual hordes of demons on screen. Indiana Jones was slamming my 5600X with only 8-10 NPCs/active enemies on screen. One clip of that Dark Ages gameplay had at *least* 30 demons on screen.
My guess is the CPU requirements are not accurate at all because they list the 3700X and the 5700X but why ?
If we think about it there are other good 6 core CPUs out there like the 5600X and the 7600X which will do the job without any issues.
Even the RYZEN 5 3600 will be enough - GAMERS NEXUS actually made a video not too long ago about it.

I also have played INDIANA JONES on my RYZEN 5 3600 and had zero issues with the game even with a lot of enemies on screen - had solid 90 FPS without any issues, it's also the same engine as DOOM DARK AGES and Id Software are the BEST when it comes to optimizing PC versions.
There is no way the game will not actually launch in my opinion given that the CPU specs mention 3700X and 5700X.
They also mention ZEN 2 which includes CPUs like RYZEN 5 3600, RYZEN 5 3500, RYZEN 3 3300X, RYZEN 3 3100.
I simply do not believe the game will not launch on something that is ZEN 2 and up, it just doesn't make much sense.
