DOOM: The Dark Ages

DOOM: The Dark Ages

I expect a game with 150+ hours for this price…
Absurd price.
110€ for the deluxe is insane :DOOM_Revenant:

I got 540 hours out of Eternal for this price.

Same but no, i don't want to pay 70/80 euro in any case for any game.

I expect the game to be fun. Taking the amount of time it takes to complete the game as some sort of ultimate metric for the game's value is the stupidest thing ever.

I've got almost 1900 hours in Eternal. Worth it.

Definitely worth with that much time

More like 15 hours
Well given that I've played the last two games for over 150 hours easily between replay, modes, secret hunting, and given the fact that this one has a far larger scope and even more apparent emphasis on exploration, I'm not concerned personally. That and the fact that I paid 79.99 for Doom 64 and Turok in 1997 for far less content than what we get today and no one back then seemed outraged.

ok, but imagine to buy a game for 80€ and it lasts only 15 hours...
You can replay it, of course, but for such a price I expect huge improvements over the last game and at least 30 hours of campaign?
Am I asking too much for a game with such a huge price?
Wait for it to go on sale.
If I get at least half the hours I got from Eternal then I think it's fine.

Once again: making the game longer to complete doesn't make it more fun. I consider Titanfall 2 to be one of the best first person shooter single player campaign ever and it's like 4.5 hours long. I got my money's worth when I bought it on release without ever touching the multiplayer. If it's more fun than 2016 and Eternal while being the same length, I'd consider it worth the money.
