NEVER pre-order this game
Preview at closed doors, too much not Doom stuff, crappy music, pointless "prequel", interference from Microsoft, likely DEI/Woke content to be included, more expensive than DOOM was... please WAIT until DOOM: The Dark Ages is released to buy the game or not. Also, AVOID buying the DLCs already, they will necessarily be worse than base game or more of the same, thus please WAIT untill ALL DLCs are released to only then contemplating buying the DLCS! :INSIDE_boyhat:
Thank you for your understanding. :friendinneed:

I love people who demand "proof" unable to present their own proof except hearsay while using it as an excuse to dismiss any statements or arguments they don't like. And reject all proof when they are confronted.

Facts tend to have that effect.

Wukong rejected SBI interference and became famous for it, then sold like gangbusters. Maybe these devs will follow that good example.
Oh, are we doing the, "Preemptive framing of discourse before we even know a game's basic structure and telling anyone who buys it they're what's wrong with the industry in advance so that even if people reserve judgment until later and make informed decisions we can still call them shills if they end up earnestly enjoying a video game we've staked out in advance for our forum bandwagons" ™ thing before we even have a release date this time around?

Okay, noted and blocking all those doing so as per usual, then. Carry on.
Totally pre-ordering the collector's edition.

I absolutely agree, game companies have burnt that bridge time and time again. You only harm yourself when you preorder these days. Dont do it to yourself.
DOOM DARK AGES WILL be the first game iwill get for 70. I have a rule to nto get a video game that costs 70 until it is on discount. Because i beleive that 70 is too much for a video game. But because DOOM is the best fps series(iplayed doom 1 in 1996 when i was 9 years old and got my first pc) iwill make an exception and get it on release datre as iahve plaed all doom games on release and many times too each one!

Too late. I’ve followed Doom long enough to know they won’t disappoint. Name a bad Doom game. I dare you.
Doom 3. And the doom eternal dlc.

While not pre ordering it immediately after it becomes an option to do so would be a good idea, that doesnt mean I have to not buy the game. I'll just wait a bit to see if its good and if it is, I will buy it. If not, then I dont. Simple.

Thats the problem with some people these days. They mindlessly buy it. This is money here and if you are poor, that money is important, so its always best to spend it very carefully.

Dude, they just started working on it. We dont know much about the game aside from a saw shield or something or some gameplay videos about it.

I can understand not pre ordering it immediately, but that doesnt mean I wont buy it.

They've been working on it for probably 3 or more years, otherwise they wouldn't have anything to show.

We only seen some of it. Not the whole thing. Theres much to figure out, I just think its best to be patient, wait for more footage of the game to pop up and then make your choice. Its better to put in research about it then to just assume.

Facts tend to have that effect.

That effect being the fact that the people who dont have facts will absolutely despise you for that. But dont let that get to you. Buy it or dont buy it. Its your choice. Just dont go crying about the game not being completely perfect.
Well my ban is over. That was a long 13 weeks lol!
And I pre-ordered it. Got my new monitor coming in about five days. And hopefully I can get a 5080. Was hoping for the Zotac but I'll take whatever I can get. And I'll finally be ascending to 4K w00t!!
