That same banner has been up for over a year now. One of the mods there got mad at someone who complained about it and decided to leave it up indefinitely to teach everyone a lesson about LGTBQ tolerance (their words). XD

But that's reddit for you. Someone should just make a new Doom sub with actual Doom banners and community content to teach them a lesson about being a pathetic internet tyrant. Would be hilarious if that sub died.

Doomguys face and body is covered and the demons are basically mega AIDS for whatever planet they've already infected. And the demons don't seem to have genders.
