VR supported or VR required to play?

On the store page it says VR is supported for the game,this usually meaning that you can play it with or without a VR headset,if its required it should say its VR required on the store page

If you wanna play for cheap get a quest 2 or a oculus rift on eBay or where you can find it for around 100$ to 144$ that's around the price i payed for last year.
