Tabbing out cursor bug/ Steam overlay bug

So i found this bug which both a friend and i have experianced where tabbing out and coming back in will rarely cause the mouse cursor to stick to the top left corner of the screen, moving the mouse will just cause it to force its self back to the corner like a magnet, when left click is pressed the game will tab back out to the desktop and it seems the only way to resolve the problem is to quit the from the taskbar.

Another problem i have encounted is that when a video is being watched via the steam overlay, the cursor will disapear and the whole overlay will freeze, stopping you from pausing the video or closing the overlay. I don't know if it is just me because i have also noticed this in payday 2.

I hope this problem can be fixed as having to close the game down whilst half way through a level isn't very fun.

Happened for me, as well.
Also, after too many times of interacting with my desktop from pressing the windows key while in windowed mode, the game has some major microstutter, I'm guessing a memory leak or something, IDK, even tho my FRAPS OSD still shows steady 60fps.
It's annoying nonetheless.

Funny. This happens to me with Sniper Elite 3 when alt-tabbing and soon as a click a mouse button it returns to the desktop. However, in NZ3 it returns from desktop just fine.
