Same happens to me.
I'm on solo though.
Try getting a long ranged head shot while emptying your lungs. That should be a 90% + trigger for the kill cam. Range is everything when it comes to those x-ray shots.
Let me know when you get an X-Ray nut shot, heart shot, lung shot or kidney shot. In the 23 hours I've played I've had the X-Rays on normal frequency and I've only achieved 1 kidney shot. Every other X-Ray is just a boring ol' headshot.
Also you dont want to aim for any other part in a normal zombie because they can just rez.
The X-Ray Killcam will happen a lot less on Co-op than singleplayer. I imagine in 4 player co-op with everyone slowing down time it may take a while to get down a single corridor.
I don't know if you meant to say X-Ray or not. The regular killcam certainly exists in multiplayer but at the moment it's severely bugged out. Load up the game with killcam on Increased and snipe a couple zombies. Then snipe a couple skeletons and you'll quickly realise it happens all the time for skeletons and not for anything else.
You may know this already, but you can skip it by pressing space. Useful if you get a killcam at an inopportune moment
