If you pass the test i dont know why it wont run. If not, the test should say what part of your pc is the reason why it wont run.

Don't use a vaccum as it can screw up your capacitors. Use canned air but when the can gets cold stop using it and let it warm back up cause when the can gets cols it can cause you to spray moisture in to your pc. Or if you have an air compressor you can buy an inline moisture remover and use the air compressor to blow all the dust out of your pc that is what i use on mine and my wifes pc.
That's true but also ZAT is *a lot* more optimized than the first two games. It could be overheating.
That said that Laptop isn't very powerful.
