A simple guide to kill Super Elites

Play in multiplayer, it's as simple as that.

Super armored, can only be killed with headshots (needs 12 from a sniper rifle).
And you can't shoot him without being hit, because he has a minigun.

I was having lots of fun, killing all sorts of zombies. But then he shows up, unkillable for a 1 hour playtime noob like me. That's no fun. Don't put him in the first chapter, not at full power.

It's been a while since I had this much fun in a videogame, and 20 minutes later I'm seriously considering a refund.

He cant hit s*it past 10 meters...I was also stuck at the church for a long time...all you need to do is to keep your distance and go for the head...works amazing in co-op(especially when there are 4 of `em)Whatever you do,please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON`T STAND NEAR HIM...he can kill you in a fraction of a second(welp..almost).Add me if you are interested in completing the campaign(i ussually play on casual,judge me all day long i dont want my brain to go in a shock)

On my first run he had me thinking for some time until I figured it out, because I had so little space to maneuver, it took a while. The next Elites you are up with usually come down a nice sniper alley.

In my second run I took a different approach. I blasted all zombies attacking the church into oblivion, and when the Elite came into view, I snagged the preacher and gave him a nice little prayer with that one ... that way it was a piece of cake ;)

Just got ZAT on Halloween, but I've run thru the original games 5 times each, as well as Sniper Elite III, so you may consider me well experienced.

The Sniper Elite games force you to understand and use the terrain around you to advantage. When facing Elites (I call 'em Heavies), it's generally best to find yourself a spot with cover (preferably a good distance away from the Elite) and then crouch behind it...this will absorb a lot of his fire.

But up against the first one in the church, you wanna stay fast and flexible. Run up the stairs and make him chase you. Lay Land Mines and Trip Mines in his path, and fire down on him from the balcony when you have the chance. One other good trick (mentioned above) is to pick up the Preacher (a powerful double-barrelled shotgun that's lying on the altar). The Preacher does great damage to a wide area--really good for clearing a path thru clustered Zombie Grunts, or blasting the Elite's face into goo.

Not sure why fellow gamers resort to trolling, and insults when newbs complain about certain in game enemies, and or features. Hey Internet Police; You're too young to play these bigboy games. Go back to your Minecraft game, and don't forget to ask your mommy for permission first! You wouldn't want to get grounded for playing Minecraft without her permission, you little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

The way to fight these guys is pretty straight forward. Use scope, and empty lungs. Then aim for their head. Reload, and repeat. I recommend doing this behind some cover, or from a height advantage. On ground level you should keep a distance, because they will continue to push forward with the exception of critical headshots. The 1st crit Hshot should remove their helmet. The 2nd Hshot should cause them to bleed out. The 3rd Hshot is a charmer when popping the head like a pimple, and leaving them stumbling blind for a few seconds before they drop. Act fast, and with practice you will find your self dropping these guys in semi-succesive order. I hope this helps. Good luck, and don't give up. Stay alive, and survive.

I just solo'd six Super Elites and a horde. My point is invalid.
