Easter Eggs?

I found a couple of severed heads on E2M1, one in a fridge inside of a room on the right hand side after the starting point but before the first checkpoint that, when shot, spawn a bunch of zombies. I found a second one inside of a toilet a little bit farther ahead from there but still before the guard towers which also spawned a zombie under a bed, along with a skeleton visible from the top of the towers to the right at the top of a guard tower that's out of bounds that didn't seem to do anything. What Easter Eggs have you found?
