you tripled the money you put into it
Movement is what you'd expect; right click to toggle between melee and ranged attacks. Spacebar does something useful as well. Your ranged weapon is the Personal Laser Cannon, so "PLC Charges" means ammo - you have a very limited amount. The spacebar thing has a 1-in-[level of that skill] to break every time you use it; but it's utterly invaluable.
I don't want to give it all away because that would ruin the point of "old-school, no hand-holding arcade game"; but if you know anything about Cyberpunk as a genre it should all be pretty familiar. If you're not familiar with Cyberpunk... well, everything is out to kill you, and it all comes down to a (literal) roll of the dice whether your gear works. The good news, however, is that the dice for your armour (i.e. chance to block you from dying horribly when you get shot) is bigger than the dice that decides whether your special gear breaks; so you've still got a pretty good chance of winning even before you're "good" at the game. However, you will have to at least move around and swing your sword a bit if you want to win a round.
Oh, and every time you die, it gets easier as long as you've been getting a little better yourself. It shouldn't take you very long to master the game once you've figured out the basics. Plus there are hints written on the level backgrounds... and if all else fails there are Steam guides.
Good luck, warrior... you'll need it ;P
Idle master you say? I suppose I should just use this then. I can't watch episodes of Doctor Who on this PC while idling when this game doesn't have any options to turn the music/sound off. XD
Also, I bought this game as a gift for my kid's "idle for dollars" Steam account. That's how these games are designed like Bad Rats, Defy Gravity, etc. They are made this cheap because the cards are worth more than the game. Buy Game>Sell Cards>Have more Steam wallet Cash after. These games are as bad as the Vote in Greenlight for a free key games. In fact, THIS was one of the vote for free keys games, whihc is how it got onto Steam in the first place :P
