Add Turbo Cheat to Eternal Duelist Soul

From the announcement trailer, it seems that GameShark esque cheats will be added to several of the games as Enhancements. It would be nice if Eternal Duelist Soul added one that toggles Turbo mode by default so we don't have to hold a button.

online is planned for all the games, but at launch only yugioh 4 will have it.

They mentioned that “select titles will be updated to support online play after release”, so I can see some being excluded, but I would love if they were all updated to be online.
