3D Model export?
I wonder if there's a feature to export the rollercoaster as a 3D model? Say I'd like to have my roller coaster in my 3D app of choice, to create a high resolution render for posters.

The Pro version currently available at our website allows for export of the raw track data. A number of our community members have already taken to writing plugins to transform that data into spline models for use in popular 3D modeling programs. The first of those plugins is now avaialble for Cinema 4D.

The Pro version also has a Poster screen shot feature. This feature creates an image up to 8 times the native resolution of your display; that's 15360x8640 for a 1080p display. Very friendly for large format printing.

Buy the Pro version here:

Get the Free Cinema4D plugin here:

That's NOT the answer to the question! What OlaHaldor wants to know is if it's possible to obtain sample 3D models of every roller coaster track and car model in the game, to allow users to create custom track and car models using these parts. I myself am trying to create a couple of prototype roller coasters of the same type, and to finish the job, a custom roller coaster track and train model is needed. If not possible, the simulation of the ride will most likely not produce accurate results.

They kind of did answer the question. You can export the track data, thus turning them into a 3D model. You'll be on your own for the cars, though.

Oh dang, there’s been replies! Haha.. what i was looking for was a way to get the tracks/supports.

I don’t have the means to convert “raw data” to splines, so I’d be back on square one.

I don’t use C4D so.. :) unless someone makes a tool for either Maya or Modo, I’m out of luck.
