Ride selector external option?
Hi All,

Sorry if this is a dumb question, But when i have friends in VR, and i'm trying to select a coaster for them to ride, its an absolute nightmare. Asking someone (who has usually has a few lemonades) to look at the menu and hold their head perfectly still so i can scroll down using the mouse and find a new coaster to load, is nearly impossible, and takes so long that they have usually lost a bit of interest.

Am i missing something? Is there way to have an external window that i (as the operator) can choose the ride etc? Or can it be done with the HMD on? and the person in VR can choose themselves?

I tried to do it myself in VR, but found i couldn;t actally select anything with the ingame controls. so have to remove the HMD, or go find the mouse.

Also, and finally, is there a way to move around in VR without using a control pad or the keyboard? eg, teleport? We like to try and ride the coasters standing up, and having PC controls (rather than VR controls) just breaks the experience..

I'm probably missing something obvious for all of the above, but i suck as search terms, so am probably not searching the right things for my answers.

Thanks in advance! Love the game! just need to work out how to build coasters now..

I've had the same issues... I'm not great on the key board when wearing the headset. Finding the E key, R key, etc is a pain.

My Rift does not work within No Limits 2.... any suggestions would be helpful for me as well.

Love the game and thanks to all Creators for sharing their tracks.

Currently keyboard/mouse or game controller is required for interacting with menu options in NoLimits 2. If you mirror the image to an external monitor it will be easier to select things.

Moving around also requires physical controls. There are short cuts to select a specific active coaster from the list of coasters available in a park, and then you can jump to different camera modes to get to the seat quickly.

We've gotten requests to incorporate touch controllers into our interface and are working on some ideas, however we do not have a timeline for this.
