Dodge Ball preorder?

I've been looking around and I can't find any official clarification as to whether we get the extra game with a preorder of EITHER edition, or just the deluxe. Cause the wording isn't very clear, and it would be very unusual to get the free game with a normal purchase.

I was thinking it was Super V-Ball or a remake of that Kunio/Double Dragon game. I could be wrong…
