won't run at all

when i hit start the game, a crash message says it has stopped working.. so i thought it's my computer, so i tried on a relative's more advanced gaming laptop, same message :( how did u guys run the game?

Game ran fine for me so I can tell you this, refund it now. When people talk about poor console ports this game doesn't get mentioned.

I picked it up for my son but it plays better and looks better on the xbox 360. Fortunately it is backwards compaitible so he can now play it on his XB1.

crack the game. Look for the crack on game copy world . com (no space, look for no cd crack), and it will worked. Strange enough for me. I bought an original game, but I have to crack it to play it..

Not working for me either, I've heard downloading a crack works but doesn't allow for controller support, which would make this game useless to me as I wanted my daughter (3) to be able to play it.

I originally picked it up for my 4yo son and this port is awful even with controller support so I refunded it.

I picked it up for the xbox 360 in the end for him and it looks and plays better than the PC version. It's also backwards compatible so I didn't have to dig a 360 out of the cupboard for him as it can play it on his XB1.

I solved this problem disabling unused audio hardwares (right click on audio icon on the windows taskbar, play devices) and setting the general audio quality of Windows to CD Quality (16 bit, 44100Hz), same as the other user do to solve similar problem in Disney Pirates of Caribean (see this link: http://steamcommunity.com/app/300820/discussions/ ). Working fine now!!!!!!! :)

Game ran fine for weeks, stopped a few months ago. I did the audio fix, it worked for a few days, but is back to not working again.

Just an update from someone far in the future… yea the game still doesn’t load for me. Stuck on the install script and freezes my computer.
