Does using the console disable achievements?
I was thinking of giving myself a couple thousand cyberbux to make the early game a bit easier.

No it doesn't, but it might remove the fun out of the game though.

However, as far as I'm concerned, you can't get nuyen from the console. Then again, there's a high chance I'm wrong.

Apparently it's a button on the debug gui rather than a key combo.

alt f1 then down to the right where it says cheat. there's add ap, nuyen, and karma, among other things.
