Complete Level Achievement bug fix - Patch 0.3.2

Fixed a bug where forfeiting a map was considered completing it. This allowed players to unlock Hindell from forfeiting Gilia, and unlocked any achievement for completing the level if you forfeiting on the level.

PLAGIARISM, SHAMELESS COPY OF THRONEFALL

I seriously thought this a sequel to Thronefall! https://store.steampowered.com/app/2239150/Thronefall/ But when i looked at the Publisher/DevTeam i saw they have nothing to do with this game?!?! this is a shameless copy of the game, the whole artstyle, gameplay, and hero-mechanics, are just a 1 for 1 copy and im honestly really dissapointed that nearly nobody calls it out...

Wool at the Gates available now!

We are so excited to share that Wool at the Gates has launched into Early Access!

Build your cities and crush the sheep rebellion! The game currently has 4 levels (not including the tutorial), which is ~3 hours of campaign content. Replay levels on higher difficulties, complete challenges, and to test your defenses in Endless Mode.

This is just the beginning. We'll continue to add content and quality of life improvements. A roadmap is coming soon, but you can expect more levels, heroes, troops, towers, perks, and more in future updates.

Thank you so much for all the feedback you've shared so far. It has brought the game to what it is today, and we can't wait to see how the game evolves going forward.

Demo Save Import Map Unlock Bug Fix - Patch 0.3.1

Fixed a bug where the second map (Hindell) wouldn't be unlocked if you imported your save data from the demo that had the first map (Gilia) completed.

Impressive. Day one seamless controller support, sophisticated synergy system that differentiates it from similar games(Thronefall for example), and overall fun gameplay loop. The ability to build any building, at any stage of the game allows you to plan your base in advance and helps you feel more engaged. In regards to early access, content is *somewhat* scarce at this time, but I'm literally day one and overall not disappointed.

tldr Fun wave based tactics/strategy roguelite/roguelike with the potential to create repayable, interesting gameplay. Would recommend

This game absolutely has the sauce. Excited to try out all of the missions, but want to get my initial thoughts out here to tell people how much I'm liking it so far.

Super deep strategy game with TFT like class bonuses, upgrading your hero, troops, and towers, and in-wave micro. This game kind of has every mechanic ever made thrown into it, which makes it hard even for pretty dedicated strategy game players to figure out which upgrades to go for + how much you can econ without getting overrun.

Love the sheep theme, too haha. Play this game!

Early Access Review

Wool at the Gates is an irresistibly charming and entertaining experience that blends cute aesthetics with surprisingly strategic gameplay.

That said, I do hope future updates bring a bit more visual variety to the towers, beyond just the current faction distinctions. Adding unique designs or thematic flair to each type would really elevate the experience. Still, considering the game is in Early Access, there’s a lot of potential here. I’m excited to see how the developers continue to expand and refine this delightful little gem of a game.

BUG: Mouse unable to be used.

I tried verifying files. Reinstalled. Windowed, Fullscreen. No matter what, the mouse just doesn't show up at all. Unplayable until this is fixed.

Demo Feedback: Observations on User Experience Upon launching the demo, I was greeted with a prompt encouraging feedback via Discord, followed by a request to register with Google to submit comments. I chose not to proceed with these steps, as they introduced additional layers before accessing gameplay. In the controls menu, I observed that movement was assigned to the arrow keys rather than the widely used WASD configuration.
