Is there something I'm doing wrong or once I hit credits was that the end? I am stuck in a loop. Am I missing anything? All I've done so far is managed to push the car up the hill a bit.

A few days ago I ran the game and it ran at really bad frame rates for me. Today I just installed ReShade on it (Vulkan) and found out that it was locked at a constant 30 frames/sec. Is this low frame rate a deliberate artistic choice to make the game feel more PSX-like, or is this because of poor optimization? Just curious....
