This is not a bad game in and of itself but just like other negative reviews, the game feels not as good as the last game, primarily with enemy behaviour designs. Its worth buying if its on sale but a "maybe?" at full price.

Endoparasitic 2 is not a perfect game, but I liked it, would only recommend to my friends who also played Endoparasitic 1

For the good stuff :
+Banger soundtrack, maybe not enough spreaded throughout the game
+Banger Voice acting
+Gameplay still feel fun
+Ressource management can be cool when you run out of stuff, forcing the player to get creative while dealing with ennemies

Now for the Major Downside :

-The inventory system is a Nightmare,
The bag sliding behind you seems like a cool idea but It's just not practical, a clear downgrade from the previous game (scrolling), now the bag keep getting in the way when trying to grab a gun when you need to react quickly and there is no way to close it fast, it's usually an instant death and frustration.
It's a HUGE downside of the game

-The guns,
They feel once again like a downgrade, The gun or the shot gun, just feel the same : put ammo into it to reload it and that's it, doesn't feel as special as the previous game, and the taser feel like a breath of fresh air, but still less cool than the previous game.

-The horror element,
Beside when the first time (and other few times) the ennemies become fast, there is not much to it, the drakness feel more annoying than clostrofobic, and the ennemies look scarier but doesn't feel very scary,

Minor take :

+The crafting,
I didn't mind it, beside the usual TOO MUCH PENS ahah, but choosing between having either Shot gun ammos or gun ammos, it felt the same, 1 shot gun shell kill one guy (or two if the overlaps correctly) and 3 gun shells kill one guy with headshot
-The story,
Don't feel like there is much to it, antidote doesn't work and we kill the Bad Guy

Anyway, I might add stuff to the list later but to say one last thing,
The game let me frustrated and felt unfaire at time but still had a good time on it
