Is it possible to create/edit real life/historical boxers?

It feels like if you just sit there and don't do anything, money piles up. Also fighters who have recently had a fight recover. So those elements of the game are real-time, not turn-based. Have you thought about making revenue and recovery happen when some action is taken -- whatever, could be training or scouting -- so we aren't rewarded for staring blankly at the screen? Or maybe there could be days in the game, and depending on how beaten up a fighter is, it would take x number of days to recover. Lots...
