If you mean classic FPSs, I recommend "Dark Forces "- you can purchase it on here. Unfortunately, like Blood, it lacks a proper modern port, so you'll have to do some tweaking in Dosbox (there is DarkXL, but its not finished yet).

There are many good old fps games.But when i back in memories and search for Blood-like games there are non...Blood was one of his kind the nearest game like blood in my opinion are ( The Powerslave 1996 , Redneck Rampage both not available on steam and two more that are on steam Rise of the Triad "the orginal one dont touch remake" and Hexen.

Bet you've heard of DUSK, it's hitting full release in DOOM's 25th anniversary - which is on Dec. 10th.
On the off chance you haven't heard of DUSK, look it up, it could and should be right up your alley if you like Blood, in terms of horror atmosphere.

Indeed I have. It certainly wears it's BLOOD influence on it's sleeve but it doesn't compare imo. It's great though.

Duke Nukem 3D and Ion Maiden are the closest games to Blood. Because the Build engine has very slecific physics and general feel.

Shadow Warrior is bonkers, very unbalanced and you can't take it seriously...

I think he meant in terms of tone\atmosphere. In which case these games are irrelevant.

Nightmare creatures is kinda close thirs more thrid person shooter/melee, let me think more about the themes/aethetics. For a FPS not much comes to mine but thrid person/FP you have Shadow man.Dark Messhia is in that dark fantasy range as well but tis more dark fanatsy. On the PS2 and Xbox there is a game called Dark watch it was great dark steampunk ish vampire slayer shooter.
