I find it to be a fun racing game with plenty of things to do. In addition to racing, you also have events and derbies to compete in. Stunts include launching your driver in a set of bowling pins or launching your driver to a dart board. Racing is pretty standard, but the other racers have strengths, and weaknesses. For instance, Frank Malcov usually gets last place in racing, but is hard to beat in a derby. Plus, it comes with a killer soundtrack that includes Rob Zombie, Yellowcard, Fall Out Boy, Papa Roach, and Nickelback (when they actually were good). The only annoything thing I have found is the control setup; It has some really funky bindings off the get go, like left control being nitrous, R to reset, and pg down to look back. I would reccomend getting a controller for playing this game, simply because it makes the experienece a lot less annoying.

It's also a great game for lan parties.
