Pagan Min's voice is the weakest point of this game

I enjoyed the game and I don't agree with people that say Far Cry 3 was better but I don't understand why of all the characters in this game set in Asia the only one that doesn't have an Indian accent is the head of the whole country. He looks Asian, he has an Asian name, nothing about his background suggests he's an immigrant, yet his accent goes against all these facts.
