Currently MOO2 ♥♥♥♥♥ all over this version.
However there are still some actual game-balancing aspects that are still broken, which result in far less creativity and broken races. Glitches and bugs for the game's actual features should be priority.
For example, MIRV missiles are still bugged (and these are auto-equipped by the AI), as well as Creative trait not allowing you to pick all research at a node and instead you have to still choose one (which breaks the whole reason of being Psilon). This is just two that come to mind right now among many more.
Your comment implies you have no concept at all of the history of PC space strategy titles and the reasons why to this day *all* other space strategy games are compared to MOO2.
MOO2 is the benchmark for comparison for good reason.
Good joke!
