MoO Board Game - Exploration

To the mods- if you do not want me to post the occasional update on the board game just let me know!

For those interested I will occasionally post up about the board game I am consulting on. The company just released the brief on how exploration will work.

Archon is trying very hard to convert the feel of MOO to this game. I got to try out the first TTS of the explore mechanic. Overall it was quick, fun and emulates the randomness of the galaxy layout in the vid game. You will even be able to add or delete tiles to make a shorter or longer game just like the vid game.

Of course things can and will change over the next nine months or so. Here is their dev blog on Explore.
