Auto-repair question
The Meklars start off with ships that autorepair; they remove 5% damage per turn. You can also research the auto-repair mechanism, whiich repairs 10%. My question is, are these two things additive?

I.E., if I am playing the Meklars, and put an auto-repair uinit on my ship, does the unit simply replace the racial trait, for a flat 10% repair rate, or are the two additive, giving me a total repair rate of 15%?

All repairs stack additively aka trait, automatic repair unit, staying a turn near a base etc.

I wonder how long a "Turn" is?
How many secs is a "Turn" in real live combat?

aah yes that can be.
But for example in descriptions:
torpedoes can fired all 2 turns.
for cloaking devices you must chease fire one turn to cloak again.
And so on

Seconds per turn in combat is unclear to me. The manual is a bit light when it comes to defining combat parameters; better descriptions are needed.

"per turn" is *outside* of combat. And yes, it's additive. So 10% + 5% + 5% = 20%, etc etc.

However, I do not know if the Meklar trait influences in-combat repair rates.

There is no listed details or specifics related to in-combat repair rates. We have asked the devs, and it may come in a future patch and may come in a future update to the manual. It's not a priority, but they are aware.

That would cripple the Meklar compared to MoO2 where it was a percentage every combat round!

What is a turn? Is there is any indication on screen to its progression?
