How many secs is a "Turn" in real live combat?
But for example in descriptions:
torpedoes can fired all 2 turns.
for cloaking devices you must chease fire one turn to cloak again.
And so on
However, I do not know if the Meklar trait influences in-combat repair rates.
There is no listed details or specifics related to in-combat repair rates. We have asked the devs, and it may come in a future patch and may come in a future update to the manual. It's not a priority, but they are aware.
That would cripple the Meklar compared to MoO2 where it was a percentage every combat round!
