"Conquer the Stars" skin for Word of Tanks still available?

Hi there. I really liked promotional Master of Orion skin ("Conquer the Stars") available for World of Tanks, that was part of the promotional giveaway - as described here:

My question is: if I purchase the Master of Orion on Steam will I get this skin, or it's no longer possible to get, in any way?

OK - got the game (it just got nice discount), tried to connect with WG account via Options -> Wargaming.net account, and... just stuck at screen with endless "Validating Steam connection" / "Please wait" (can quit it only via Alt-F4).

Any ideas how to make it work?

CE from Steam (with the original 1+2+3 in the bundle).

Which Orion in version in the CE bundle do you plan to play? The one called "Master Of Orion" is the newest version and support by a devoted fan-base; but it is a lot different from MOO-3 (Battle At Antraries)

I play the new Master of Orion. I know it's different than MOO3, and closer to MOO1 / MOO2, but TBH I enjoyed the first 2 parts more :).

Yes, but not as a reward for purchasing Master of Orion - Wargaming support wasn't willing to help me on that. But there was an event in World of Tanks few months ago, which finally allowed me to get this skin.
